Objective & Goals
Create an easy-to-use app that replaces the current manual trade processes, allowing users to access all 7 services in one place, making everything faster and simpler.
Deliver electronic Customs services that eliminate paper usage, aiming to simplify and streamline international trade procedures for import/export, trade, and logistics sectors.

Research
Prior to the workshop, we received limited information except for the client's desire for a unified E-Services application. With only their website as a reference point, we engaged in a comprehensive analysis to discern the services they offer. This process allowed us to formulate insightful questions, ensuring a thorough requirement gathering during the workshop.

Ideation
Following the intensive and fruitful three-day workshop, we promptly compiled all the valuable notes and captured requirements, diving straight into action. Swiftly, we meticulously developed user journeys, information architecture (IA), and wireframes for both the mobile app and dashboard.

Design
Now comes the exciting part—bringing our ideas to life. Our client already has a solid design guide, with their logo, brand colors, fonts, and more. To keep the design process smooth and efficient, we put together a Design Language System (DLS) that fits perfectly with their guidelines and includes everything we need to create the app and dashboard.

Handoff
After finishing the design phase, we submitted it for validation to the client's key stakeholders, including the product manager, business analyst, and UI/UX compliance team. Upon receiving approval, we seamlessly handed off the designs to the client's development teams, even though our involvement didn't extend to development for this project. We ensured a smooth handover by including intricate design details such as the flow of the screens, the specs of each UI elements and more.
